I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Last Saturday, my husband came for his appointment and told them I was under his insurance and asked that I be scheduled for a cleaning the following Saturday 9/6/25. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I was not in the system—because they never verified my insurance. This should have been handled before my appointment. I love getting my dental work done at Royal Dentistry Studio. The staff is so nice and friendly especially Dr. Cruz, Madeline and Millie. They are all very professional and work so thoroughly and diligently. The level of work they provide is excellent. I have been coming here for years. Their attention to detail and attentive service is top knotch!
Great experience. Clean/ modern location. Doctor Yanet Cruz is very knowledgeable and explains everything that’s going on as well as every option applicable to the case. Staff was amazing! Highly recommend!
