After having a tooth pulled I was supposed to return for the implant. I left my deposit and was unable to get any type of receipt. I kept calling but they said it was temporarily closed for repairs. Then they said my dentist, Dr Broggi had moved to another office. They sent me an outrageous bill for the tooth pulling and ignored the fact that I had a balance. Now they won’t answer the phones or return calls. I’m seeing reviews that they are closed!! They literally stole my money and refused to return it!
Ive been going here for years and it sucks to know how trashy this place has become. My crown lasted less than 6 months before cracking. My new crown was 5shades darker than my teeth and the Dr was upset I didn’t want the wrong shaded tooth in the front of my mouth. Took 2months to get my crown completed. I wish I got my crown elsewhere!
Sure looks like they're out of business. I had an appointment yesterday and the office was empty. Unfortunately they have all of my x-rays and were approved for my insurance. I guess I better start looking for someone's else. Worst part is I liked them.
I have been trying to get in touch with the Boynton Beach for over a month to get work completed that I have already been charged for. Office has been closed and the phone mailbox is full…and strange that when you call the number and the voicemail that picks up says “thanks for calling Dental office” not even saying royal dental. I am stuck with a bill, cannot obtain dental records for insurance purpose. Has anyone heard anything at all about this establishment??
The worth experience i had in My life! I paid $360 for deep cleaning half side, i did last Monday, and today they booked me for the second half on 11am, i drove all the way from west palm beach, and the office is closed completely. When you trying to call them, is no answer, and the mail box are full with No way to leave message. So now they left me with only half aide of mouth, and i need to look for another place. This place are SCAM!!
