I can’t say enough about Royal Deck. From salesman Raul to the installation experts Constantine and Adrian. They are truly artists.
Did a deck replacement on the old wood one back in May, took about a week and a half total. Nothing dramatic happened either way, which is all I was hoping for.
We have three kids under ten so nothing in this house stays nice for long, figured the deck would go the same way within a year. Hasnt really. Royal Deck built it wide enough that the bikes and scooters all pile up on one side without blocking the table, which wasnt something i even thought to ask for. Dog sheds all over it obviously, doesnt seem to matter with composite, hose it off and done. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Royal Deck. From the very beginning, I went in to the office so that I could feel the materials and see all the colors. Raul was able to design the decks with the various colors, accent boards, and privacy screens as well as lighting in the posts and stairs. The final product looks AMAZING! We would highly recommend Royal Deck to anyone looking to build or replace their deck! From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. We worked with Ryan, who took the time to answer all of our questions, came out to discuss exactly what we wanted, and then met with us again to review the final plans before construction began.
