Royal deck out performed my expectations. Ryan came out for the estimate and gave me as many estimates as I asked for without hesitation. I’m sure it was annoying but it was a bit decision and he didn’t complain once. Their showroom had plenty of options for us to come up with something and they were glad to give samples. Royal Deck did an amazing job rebuilding our large and complicated deck. Start to finish, it took them 7 days, working from 7 a.m. to past dark. There was a lot of detailed carpentry, and their crew is very skilled. Their office staff and Stefan, the project manager, were always very prompt and professional about responding to questions. Seriously looks like a completely different house! They were efficient (even when the weather did not cooperate), professional, friendly, skilled and hard working. They did a fantastic job! Would absolutely recommend.
