I visited Royal de Versailles Jewellers today with the intention of registering my interest in a Rolex and potentially building a relationship. Unfortunately, the experience was surprisingly poor. The sales associate never introduced himself, even after I introduced myself, and proceeded to take down my information without any real engagement or professionalism.
