I’ve never encountered a sales associate with a worse attitude than the one I dealt with here. The approach was cold from the start. No questions about what I was hoping to see, no interest in what I already collect, just a quick suggestion that I take my business back to my local AD. For a brand that prides itself on clienteling, this was a remarkably uninterested welcome.
