Rent goes up faster than the cost of living! Management will state that you have to clean areas outside of your yard bounds, overgrown with brush, and then state afterwards that its their responsibility. No thank you or monetary compensation for saving them a whole of lot money. Talk to residents before you commit to buying here.
Very safe and well managed. The manager is very nice and caters to the needs of the residents needs. It's comforting to know they care about us living in a safe environment and monitors the neighbor hood.
