My two years living at Royal Crest have been great. The apartments are very spacious, a great community, and a very responsive maintenance staff. I will be moving closer towards the city and I am currently looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease either 8/1 or 9/1 (my lease runs until 9/30) and have the option to extend the lease for the following year with my roommate who will be staying. I 100% recommend living in Royal Crest the community is very peaceful and friendly, and the environment is great and i love visiting the leasing center because they are very helpful and extremely friendly! I hear a lot of great reviews and Royal Crest lived up to the hype!
My daughter just moved in this past week as part of the Merrimack housing. Let me tell you not only is the apartment incredibly spacious but the maintenance staff has been phenomenal! We are a military family and live 12 hours away, so knowing that the girls needs are taken care of is a priceless piece of mind. worse service RESIDENT 2017 - 2018 Not Recommended Reviewed vinesh patel building 30 appt 8 if there is minus ratings its apply to this , we have problem with hood in June 2018 we complains for that one of the genius came and said this is good there is no problem , after we see the oven and clock on the stove is not working we r keep complains regarding to this every time we put service request same answer we get GE will come and fix how many day you leave without oven? i told them we pay to you guys not GE but they stubborn... read more

My boyfriend and I have lived in our cozy apartment at Royal Crest North Andover for about 9 months, and we absolutely love it. The staff have always made us feel so welcome and at home since day 1, and the community is tight knit and wonderful. The folks at the leasing center have always just been a phone call away for all of our questions and concerns, and have always been extremely accommodating. All in all, we love our apartment here!
