RecommendedHello, I’ve live here for 2 years and this place is safe for my children to play, maintenance are very nice people and service on time. Pool is open and I like the way they do since COVID 19. I feel safe and my children safety. It’s everything I would recommend people to move in. Nice to meet college people as well. Thank you!

Beautiful area! We just moved here in the last month and it’s been a quiet and clean neighborhood. Maintenance does a good job at keeping the trash rooms clean as well as fullfilling maintenance requests. Its a nice area if you’re looking to be near the merrimack campus. They have a lot of amenities including a dog park and pool that’s opening soon! Great community!
Enjoyed my stay the past 2 years as international student. Amenities and the stuff are always available and ready to answer every question or need. Incredible outdoor spaces! Highly recommended!

Royal Crest is a family friendly community. My children love it, they can bike ride, play basketball and see their friends. I love it because I feel safe living here. The staff is friendly and takes care of problems when they arise. It is a great place to live.
Perfect location being in the center of town and close to Merrimack. The amenities are great and the maintenance staff has always come to fix any issues within reasonable time. I’d recommend living here, it’s a great town to live in!
I live at Royal Crest for one year and it was nice and quiet summer then got busy with Merrimack college moving in area. Recently summer there was outside movie, volleyball pool party and a cookout which was very generous for the neighborhood and children. It was fun! Hope it will happen next summer! It is hard to make new friend neighbors but always give them a nice smile!
