I had two fillings done here in January. I've now had both fillings replaced. One was replaced within two weeks while I was on a work trip due to not sealing, it was giving me a severe headache. The second was replaced this month (8 months after being filled) because it again was not sealed completely. Some of the employees have mediocre English, and they billed me the wrong amount for my insurance so I had to go back and force them to give me a refund. (They did not automatically issue that.)
