Currently a resident of these apartments. If you are thinking of renting here don’t do it run away if you can! No manager in office ever! Maintenance request are never answered on timely matters. They don’t listen when you tell them theres mold in the unit. When we got the unit it was very dirty and dusty. They advertised a pool that was never open this year at all and all year last year kids were swimming in green dirty water. Management don’t care for the property. Doesn't treat its tenants like people constantly raising rent on already shotty apartments, and not taking care of necessities. The pool was open once for a week last summer full of chlorine green water. The management is horrible, it's an alright with much around, the majority of apartments aren't quite as advertised. God must forbid their pipe maintenance, you can taste the rust. The management, plumbing, and ignoring of complaints are the major issues. Nine ducks out of 72 deers
