I highly recommend this apartment complex! The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. The management team is what really stands out. Chris is genuinely friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, they fix the issue in a timely manner. It’s a great place to call home!
I’ve had a great experience living at The Rose on Sybil. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and everything Tyler has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, and the amenities make apartment living comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that really stands out is the management and maintenance team. Have been here since 2024 and very happy with the service here. The office staff is helpful, and maintenance responds quickly and gets things taken care of right away!
Honestly living there is not bad neighbor wise everyone is kind and minds their own business. However management is terrible My move out was not handled correctly and I have been told they have thrown away many of my things yet they will not answer my calls. As well as there are roaches and bugs no matter what you do. for the entirety of my living there (10 months) my dishwasher did not work or was leaking and I finally got them to replace it right before I left so I would not be charged for "breaking it". maintenance is nic... read more
