The saying “too good to be true” perfectly explains this place. If you are poor and okay with large amount of roaches, okay with management who does nothing and takes 4 hour lunch breaks, maintenance who comes in to review ur request and tells you there’s nothing they can do. Piss stained carpets boogers and hairs painted into the walls. If you are okay with all of this then this is the place for you.
Horrible management, horrible complex, horrible people. Roaches, no seals on doors, piss stained carpets, holes in carpets, boogers painted into wall. Run while you can. Raised my rent because I wasn’t okay living with roaches. Bs new charges every month. No amenities they claim they have. DO NOT COME HERE
The office staff and maintenance team are so kind! Definitely recommend!
