Jorge is the Best, He's a great manager and a great person
I grew up here in the early 80s. The rent most have been much less than 😂 It was a fantastic place to grow up! We had the sweetest neighbors and I helped some of them by doing their hair. I have the greatest memories of watching the boat parade from my backyard with my mom in a heavy coat!😂 These apartments are in a beautiful area of Boca and right on the water. I find it hilarious that people actually complain about noises from the draw bridge 🤣🤣 Watching all that action on the intercoastal was one of my favorite things... read more
George is an awesome property manager. Always available and always professional.
Living here is the definition of living where others vacation. Waking up to beautiful 80+ foot yachts going by on the Intercostal and to be able to walk to the Boca inlet in 4 minutes Are amenities that are unheard of. Beautiful new pools going in can’t wait to use it. But the main reason for my review is to highlight Jorge who is the property manager here. My experience started out well with the old property manager and the wonderful Alicia at the main office, however, it took a turn for the worse once the new property manager took the job. Not only did maintenance never fix my ice machine after almost a year of residency, but the new property manager displayed significant incompetence throughout my stay.
