Living here has been a wonderful experience. The Manager, Jorge, has been excellent, very helpful, professional and attentive, which always makes the residents feel comfortable and welcomed. Plus the views of the water are spectacular, day and night. The Sunsets are breathtaking.
Este lugar es increíble, me encanta lo cómodo y agradable que es, la vista es maravillosa, el apartamento se ajusta perfectamente a nuestras expectativas. Lo mejor es el excelente servicio del gerente siempre dispuesto a colaborar en lo que se necesite y muy amable en el trato hacia nosotros. Además el vecindario es hermoso y está a unos pasos de una playa hermosa en Boca Ratón.
I will be going on my second year here. The location is great, right on the inter-coastal and walking distance to the beach. The grounds are always kept nice and the pool area is like a resort. I have never had a problem with maintenance, they always show up when they say they will. We have a new property Manager, Jorge -he has been on top of everything and very efficient.
