I will be going on my second year here. The location is great, right on the inter-coastal and walking distance to the beach. The grounds are always kept nice and the pool area is like a resort. I have never had a problem with maintenance, they always show up when they say they will. We have a new property Manager, Jorge -he has been on top of everything and very efficient. Beautiful place !
I moved in August 2024 I have been through all of the construction and I have to say it was well worth it. But the greatest thing about this place is the new property manager named Elena. She is really on top of the things and is a pleasure to work with. She is very quick to respond and does her job well. It’s like this building has a new ray of sunshine since she has been the property manager. She is very kind, polite, And the main thing is is that she gets things done.
This entire experience was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Liked · Nothing: I attempted to call ahead to advise of our arrival time, but no one answered, however, I did leave a message. When we arrived, the leasing office was closed, and neither of the two phone numbers posted in the lobby door responded. With only 45 minutes to prepare for a wedding, I texted (561) 509-4341 to let them know we had arrived and needed access to the suite. Warning, total rip-off! We booked an apartment for a friend via Booking.com at the beginning of December for 4 nights. The entry code was not ready at check-in time. The apartment was dirty, had used bedding, towels and the garbage was not emptied. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen. Royal Colonial had promised a refund. However, despite these unacceptable conditions the full amount was charged - around $900 for 4 nights.
