George is an awesome property manager. Always available and always professional.
Living here is the definition of living where others vacation. Waking up to beautiful 80+ foot yachts going by on the Intercostal and to be able to walk to the Boca inlet in 4 minutes Are amenities that are unheard of. My experience started out well with the old property manager and the wonderful Alicia at the main office, however, it took a turn for the worse once the new property manager took the job. Not only did maintenance never fix my ice machine after almost a year of residency, but the new property manager displayed significant incompetence throughout my stay. I have been living here for a few months now. The maintenance does not comply. The property manager seems slow. I don't understand why he can't communicate well. He ignores me sometimes. The living space very loud. Some residents very noisy. He does not listen what I have to say. He ignores when I try to make my life good by my asking him. It's very frustrating for me.
