Unorganized and not friendly. Walked in four employees' sittings watching you walk in without a greeting. Notes not kept updated
I love the Royal dealership and also Royal Collision! I had over $6,500 worth of damage done to my car, due to it being severely vandalized. Royal did an excellent job on my car, inside and out, and I feel like I'm driving a new car! Beautiful work, guys! I would not hesitate to use their services again. All the customer service and communications were equally excellent.
Did a great job getting my car back to like new. Great communcations from the staff. Hopefully I never need a collision shop again but I'll be back if I do.
My car was in an accident and my repairs were completed here. The staff did a great job and the car looks great. They were also helpful and informative throughout the process. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my floor mats were missing when I got the vehicle back. I spoke with staff and they said they would look into it and get back to me however no one has ever contacted me. Had my car fixed here and they broke part of my trunk and damaged a knob off my interior. They fought me to fix it, Paint and body work was beautiful(only reason I gave them two stars), they would rather repair broken mounts with hot glue than replace them and didn't reseal the headlights properly
