Juan is exceptional! I hope to never have to use royal collision again but if I need collision repair this is the first place I will go. Juan was honest in letting me know that my repairs would take about a month and a half due to my insurance. He kept me up to date. Sure enough exactly a month and a half later he called to let me know my car was ready. When I got there they had even cleaned the interior and exterior of the car. I am very pleased to have trusted this shop with my car. From the very first conversation I had with Juan, he made me feel comfortable with my decision to have his shop service my car. He did an excellent job, and my car feels like the day I picked it up from the dealership. If I ever need a collision shop ever again, I wont have to second guess where to take my car.
