I had such a wonderful experience with Jeff Reed. He was extremely helpful and gave me top notch customer service. He was very knowledgeable and always had the answers to my questions. He connected with me daily, making sure i had my questions answered and i was all set. The other characteristic that made Jeff stand out, was his ability to be completely transparent with me. We purchased a five-year-old travel trailer from Royal Coach RV, and discovered seepage in the water system on the third day of our first trip with it. We traced it down to the shower water supply lines, and made an appointment to have the repair done. Dropped it off just before closing on Tuesday, and Jennifer called early Thursday to tell us it was completed and covered under the Lifetime Warranty. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
I went to the parts department and the sales staff was very nice and helpful.
