I went to the parts department and the sales staff was very nice and helpful.
Over all we are happy with our Brinkley z 3100 but has had several issues, most showing up only a week after purchase. Our hydraulic system is shot, trim pealing off walls, brackets sticking up from floor. Royal coach reached out to me to make things right and had arranged reimbursement for the mobile tech work we had done while on the road.
Our rv has had several issues, most showing up only a week after purchase and have yet to hear back from royal coach about how they are going to fix the problem. We’ve only had it since November, about one month. Our hydraulic system is shot, trim pealing off walls, brackets sticking up cutting through pop out, and fireplace has stopped working.
