Unprofessional , overpriced and wasted my time.
I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Civic, but my experience was extremely disappointing. When I went to pick up the car, it hadn’t even been washed, and the engine oil was completely black. This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. The delivery experience left a really bad impression on me. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.
I’ve had the worst experience purchasing a vehicle there. First they told me the truck I purchased will be ready the next day or the day after, yeah. That was almost 2 weeks later that I finally got my truck. I do get rid of my vehicle to make room but then I was stuck with out a car for 2 weeks. They are very unprofessional there.
