To the gentleman driver who decided to "talk smack" after we walked by with our dog �: Because of you and your rude comments, you have LOST our business. We walked by twice with our Bulldog with no reaction to the Mules. The third time, when we came to get the phone number for a ride later, since our anniversary, we were not expecting a reaction from our dog. Great tour! Interesting facts, lovely experience, and personable staff!
We were in New Orleans for Christmas. Took our tour on 12/23 for our 41st anniversary. James and Pearl were our team. We had a GREAT � time. My husband had a fall while we were walking to the tour. The great guy coordinating the carriages let us use his chair til time to take our tour and offered to get us transportation back to our hotel. An overall fantastic experience. Can't wait to do it again.
My wife & I had a wonderful ride through the quarter thanks to Whitney & Desire. We learned some fun facts and was a great way to cover areas we may not have gotten to see.
What a wonderful experience. Should be done as soon as you arrive!!! You learn so much about the city to use on the rest of your trip. We had James as our driver and Pearl as our mule. Surprisingly sweet and gentle. And Pearl was great too �. Seriously a must do. We will do this again next time we visit!!!

Royal Carriages is amazing Aileem And her Mule Sandy were both a blast and it was overall a great time and back full of good information and history
I had the best fun! I wound up with an unexpected private haunts and history tour, since no one else booked the event on the night I planned. My driver, James Hayes, was a font of historical information. The evening was just delightful. Our mule, Pearl, was very sweet. Highly recommended.
