I have lived in the area since 1969 and this was my first tour. I had both my husband and 16 year old niece from Texas with me. The tour was amazing and Ladeaux ( can't find his card sorry) was so friendly and knowledgeable. Shine was just as sweet as could be. Will definitely do again. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Awful... late , no communication... no one in a red shirt to meet you!!! Oversold, could not even sit with my boyfriend..... no blankets offered and no hot chocolate.... don’t waste time or money on this ride!!!
