Royal is impossible to work with... they point fingers at the insurer, at the prior provider and take no responsibility for the poor quality of their product... it just keeps getting worse... they take cAses they can’t serve..there are not short term home health aides, so my husbands case was referred to another agency for aides- who supervises those aides???

They dont care about their workers. that place was hell to work at. people are liars and disrespectful in that place. it's a zoo..
