They are using real estate strategies to increase the efforts of well-being through housing, health, education and many other facets of life. Royal Capital are the owners of The Harmony apartment complex in Madison. This complex has experience multiple shootings recently. The City of Madison and local officials have requested Royal Capital perform specific improvements to the property to ensure the safety of tenants. Stay away from this group that claims to be care about the community ! I live next to one of their affordable housing projects in Madison where we have had two murders in 3 months, as well as mulitple shootings. It has been deemed a chronic nuisance from the city and management keeps promising our community that they will make improvements, but they are all empty promises. The blood of a 15-year old girl is on their hands because they have failed to take appropriate measures that our city has been demanding of them for years... read more
