WORST car buying experience ever paid over 100k for the new escalade it took almost a month after buying to get the actual vehicle no communication or courtesy from rhe dealership once the vehicle did arrive it was damaged upon arrival and never fixed the whole experience was the worst car buying experience I've ever had and I would never recommend royal cadillac to anyone I would recommend they go anywhere other than royal
