Horrible service. We could not get our car to be serviced before 90 days from time of request, for a simple oil change. Sales is even worse. Once they have your money, customers are treated like dirt. They say and do anything to get you to sign an extended warranty. After that, you are on your own. You would expect better after paying over 50k for a vehicle. We thought that buying our Cadillac would be a great experience but as it turned out, it was horrible and worse.
