Was promised a rental or loaner if they had my brand new truck (1200mi) over a day. They did not contact me till the third day of having my car, while I was taking Ubers to work. They never gave me a rental or loaner and then I’m not convinced that they even troubleshot my truck. I believe that they looked at the first TSB they saw and stated that the issues I was having were related to my HUD. That is just not the case. I would love to be contacted about this situation.

Ryan Verduzco, a “service advisor” at Royal GMC Tucson was condescending, arrogant, unhelpful and gave me the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. I called Royal on 3/30/2026 regarding an issue with the running boards of my Yukon Denali. I was told that the service department is booked out until the end of April for anything diagnostic but would ask a manager to see if they could fit me in sooner.
