Susan, Jim, and Jeff were awesome. Lossed my lug nut key for my wheels, they got me in and out super quick and were very helpful. 10/10 would lose a lug key again and come back

I have been with Royal Buick GMC Cadillac of Tucson for a very long time and have been completely satisfied with their sales and service departments. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is seeking honest, dependable and competent staff.
I hear they are changing injectors and charging customers for the wiring harness and connectors but not putting the new parts onto the trucks! Be alert and check your invoices people. Verify the work has been completed fully! Or just stay away from shady dealers.
