Good deal on my trade
They go above and beyond to sell you the car but the customer service ends there… We purchased 2 new vehicles and both have had issues. We’ve taken to service to fix and they just pass blame back to GM on one. The other vehicle - we set appointment weeks out to be checked and they still waited to check it a few days because they were too busy. I would say I had the best buying experience that I have had when purchasing a vehicle. I dealt with Marie Floriant who was very personable and did not come off with aggressive sales pitches. This is my fourth GMC Sierra truck and after 1 month am very happy with the purchase and have no buyer’s remorse. Thank you Marie!
Our 2025 GMC Acadia Denali suddenly developed an issue with the left rear turn signal light. I called to see if the issue could be diagnosed and resolved quickly and spoke with Yanira who was was very pleasant and helpful. She alerted the service consultants that I we would be bringing the car in - even though the service schedule was fully booked for the day.
