I just moved to NC and was trying buy a car and I tried and tested a lot of cars from a lot of dealers, but finally I visited Royal Auto Sales in Louisburg and I found all of their cars were on a very reasonable price and they had a very good variety of cars as well, and I bought a Toyota Camry from them, plus these guys were very nice to deal with, they did all the paper work for me with the DMV and all of the small things which I mentioned to them could be fixed in the car, they just did on the spot and guess what that was... read more
The salesman gave me a call shortly after my email,later I went by to see the truck and met the salesman and he was very friendly.
Unlike the dork who gave these people a one star, I am a master certified ASE mechanic and found this dealer to have very reasonable prices. If something was wrong with the vehicle, he would look up the part value and deduct from the price. (I found an inoperative window motor). My car ran awesome then and still does now 2 months later. We were purchasing an older truck, but treated as if we were buying a high-end Porsche! The condition of the vehicle was described as accurately as possible, and our sales associate (Al) made sure that the experience went as smoothly as possible. New car dealerships should have such good customer service!
