Test drive a van we liked it it had no damage. We went and filled out papers days later. When we went to take it home we noticed it had a huge gouge down the entire drivers side the dealer said they would take care of it come back Monday because it was closing time Friday. We went sat 49 minutes till a sales person came back and told us there was no manager there. Terrible experience with Jason A. So called #yourcarguy very disappointed with him and my 2019 Chevy RST he sold me. After it being in the shop 4 times in 6 months, I wanted out of it. He said he was working on it for 3 weeks. I had to call him every week as he wouldn't call nor text me of any up dates. Now my service brake monitor is on after 11 months making this the 5th time I've had issues with this truck and now I feel like I'm stuck with it because he soaked up all my equity, $10,200 trade in. Very disappointed with my truck. In the shop the first week for sensor not reading, then back in the shop for transmission slamming. They didn't have a loaner so I had to drive it 2 weeks to work with it slam shifting in every gear. Then fluid leaking all over and transmission still doing strange shifting. Fixed the leak but couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission. All in 6 months. SMH. Salesman Jason said he'd work on getting me out of it and that didn't go very far.
