This review is for my sister. Please DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Kareem the service manager is extremely dishonest. He will tell you information and timelines he is not able to fulfill because he does not have the mechanics to do the work. My sister took her van in a week ago in good faith that he would complete the diagnostics and contact her with the findings. It is funny 😄 because Joe had already told me that I would need shocks, but he was more concerned about the Major tune-up. So I had that done yesterday. But he had informed me that I needed another tire. So I was sooo happy 😃 about how my van was running but after I had taken care of my business I wanted to get a tire but Joe was closed I went across the street to get a tire and they were telling me that I needed more than shocks!!!😞.
