Honest, reliable, and kind. This was my second time working with Gary, and he continues to impress. He honored a warranty repair on my 2012 BMW X5 with no hassle, even though it was just within the limits. Despite having a busy shop, he jumped on the job right away and got it done quickly and thoroughly. I even had the car towed in without an appointment (dont do this), and he was completely understanding. It’s rare to find a mechanic who’s this professional, accommodating, and trustworthy.
