I bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy from the guys at Royal this morning. They had everything taken care of in 45minutes. I was definitely pleased with the overall experience. This is the second car I've purchased from Royal and in the future plan to go back with my business. Couldn't be happier with my new car. Word travels fast.
I previously would've said my car buying experience was just fine for a first time car buyer. Unfortunately the moment something went wrong with my car (which I bought around a year ago for quite a bit of money), I realized I had been under educated regarding my insurance (it was not truly "bumper to bumper" and does not cover quite a few issues aside from normal wear and tear), and I also felt like I was not supported in my attempt to get the issue resolved in a manner that would not be as costly to me.
