Do NOT recommend. If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars I would. The service department is the worst I’ve ever seen and we will not be returning. I drove over an hour to drop my car off (pregnant and with a sick child) with a mutual understanding that it will be picked up the following day. The scheduler “left a note”, the manager showed me directly twice where the key would be left, as well as another employee there at the time. Royal on the Eastside I don’t do this very often, but I’m ANGRY right now. In fact, if you know me, I give people WAY more room than most. However, I just found out that #RoyalOnTheEastside Subaru dealership scammed me when we purchased our 2017 Subaru Forester. Let’s start with the fact that they labeled the car as certified.
