These are nice apartments for the price. I just moved out and already miss how well the buildings and grounds were kept clean. There is a on sight maintenance person. Regular pest control. And management will work with you if youll just go in and talk. There is a swimming pool that is kept clean all summer to our delight. Thank you Nancy.
I give this apartment complex 5 stars. The management is excellent. We moved out after our lease expired to rent elsewhere and one year later moved back to Royal Apartments because they are nice large updated apartments with a pool. If you are saying mean things maybe it was your kids that disconnected the electricity to one entire wing of one of the buildings. Many people live here with children. I have never heard any complaints except for the brats that turned off the electricity and the ones that threw rocks. I think the... read more
Dont even think about it - moving in here will be one of the dumbest things you ever do. 1 star on this review is 2 stars too many.
I would not recomend these apt.s to anyone.not good if ya have children.
