Great place for the price Very clean building, great location and maintenance always responded quickly.
Warning: Micromanager Landlord Manager griped about catbox smell. WE bleach cleaned around cat box and cat box, spray Febreze and he still wasn't happy. Got rid of cat. When moved out 1 yr later due to jacked up rent he said he didn't have to pay deposit till 21 days after move-out. The caretaker viewed apartment and said it looked fine. When I got letter in mail, landlord had 13 listed trumped up charges against me, things I had already done to get apartment looking immaculate. He kept almost the full deposit!
