I initially enjoyed my time at Overlook during the time Mo was Property Manager, it was very practical and bare bones in appliances/amenities but would suffiently meet most single individual's need in a home aside from AC and the prior management was transparent about such. Thank you so much to the leasing staff here for accommodating me. They went through hoops to get me approved and I’ve had some amazing experience with this location. Pet friendly community with a small pool and lots of good eateries and bars just walking down the hill! Very good terms and management thank you Mo for your attention.

Living at Overlook Point Apartments has been such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that is thanks to our incredible property manager, Mo Gbeve. Her dedication, care, and leadership make all the difference. Mo and Dennis are the best property managers! Mo helped since the beginning, from applying for the lease to moving in. And Dennis was very professional and helpful as well. Their teamwork and commitment to residents really stand out.
