I wrote to them requesting a quote. I get no response for two weeks then they send me a message asking if I would like to follow up on the quote. I ask what quote and they forward me a message that never even hit my junk folder. I made an inquiry into public holiday surge pricing and they said they would email me back in 30 minutes. After 90 minutes they hadn't responded so I sent an email and a different agent responded to me.
