We have been extremely happy with the service and workmanship from Royal American. Their team has always been professional, responsive, and honest, and the quality of their HVAC work has been outstanding. We especially want to thank Marcos for consistently doing excellent work and for always taking the time to ensure everything is done right. It is hard to find companies and technicians you can truly trust, and Royal American has absolutely earned our confidence and recommendation.
Bought a new furnace and ac unit. Both work great. Company is very quick to respond and owner isn't trying to scam you. Marcos the service tech was very thorough on a preventive maintenance call and gave some easy and useful easy tips I can do myself to help maintain the units.
Great service and pricing. They came during the holidays and squeezed us in for an installation of a new system before yearend. Highly recommend.
