Absolutely outstanding service from Marcus! He came to the rescue on a swelteringly hot day when our A/C stopped working. Despite the heat, Marcus was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. Thanks to him, our home is cool and comfortable again. We couldn’t be more grateful—highly recommend Marcus for anyone in need of reliable A/C repair!
We had an inspection of our furnace done and were told we needed to replace it. We contacted Royal American who gave us a competitive quote and they were able to come out to replace it the next morning. We had a great experience start to finish and would highly recommend their services!
