RecommendedRoyal Ambulance! One of the better IFT EMS companies without fail. I have worked a year and a half at Westmed prior to employment here. Royal is leaps and bounds ahead with regards to customer service, honing in on clinical skills, and being a better professional. Royal Ambulance is a great company to work for. I have been here for over 5 months. Everyone here is really nice and helpful. I feel like this job has also greatly helped me develop my skills and will help me when looking for another job in the future. It has been a pleasure working here.
I worked with Royal about a year in the field and a few months on light duty. Royal is such a great place to work. Their training program and FTOs were much better than other companies' and they pushed you to keep learning more and being a better EMT. They allow you to build your skills and set a great foundation for anyone interested in the EMS field. Royal is also so supportive of their EMTs and their future career goals. I stopped to help a royal ambulance that was stranded off the freeway the other day and to my surprise only because I helped them I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my house yesterday, something I would have done for anybody if I have the chance, total class act!!
I worked here for almost a year and boy has it been a great (almost) year! Royal hires some awesome people which makes the job go by so quick. They're also a great stepping stone for the the EMS/Medical field. If you wanna get your foot in the door, this is the place to be.
Royal was my first Ambulance company right off EMT school, and I'm so glad it was. First things first, the people are just downright awesome. I worked for Royal for a year and a half and the only thing stopping me from staying longer is my eventual next step into the 911 system. Royal is a great place to work, the people are amazing the experience is amazing and the enviornment is 2nd to NONE. Anyone looking to step into EMS and build their skills and foundation in EMS. I absolutely loved working at Royal Ambulance. The opportunity to respond to BLS-Emergencies before entering the 911 system was exactly what I needed to be prepared for the next steps in my career in EMS. Royal Ambulance worked with my schedule so that I could go to school and attend to my other responsibilities in my life. Royal is the best BLS ambulance company to work for hands down!
I enjoyed my time at royal they helped me grow in my career and I made lasting friendships. I only wish they would expand south so I can continue with them! Maybe one day!
