Always friendly and excellent service. Waiting time was very reasonable
Good direction on where to go only it took from 0930h to 1330h for all my husbands eye testing before seeing specialist appointment that day
The staff of the Royal Alex Hospital Eye Institute were wonderful, particularly the nursing team on January 29, 2025 ( my surgery day for a tumor removal from my left eyebrow). I was so sick from the general anesthesia and threw up, and one of the nurses (they all were very kind) had treated me like a family member. Unfortunately, I was too sick to ask for her name. This can’t be a serious place. My mother’s been trying to see someone for weeks about an emergency surrounding a reconstructive eyesocket implant that seems heavily swollen and infected. This clinic called all of their patients and booked appointments for them all at the exact same time so my elderly mother goes there in excruciating pain expecting finally she has an appointment to see someone only just sit there for several hours only to have her leave because she could not bear the pain as well as sit up any longer.
