My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience sending our dog to Royaile Pet Lodge for boarding. I would have appreciated a more professional and proactive manner in which to care for animals and our complaints.
The worst customer service and animal boarding experience I have ever had. The owner of the kennel is rude and incompetent as evidenced by her stating that she does not know how to use the company's computer system that houses animals' medical/emergency contact information. Animals without water for hours at a time in the middle of summer. Urine and excrement everywhere. Atrocious, unethical business practices. It is clear to me that the Facebook reviews are not truthful, just check out the reviews on Yelp.
Impeccably clean facility, attentive staff and relaxing environment.
We just picked up Java after a 4-day stay. It was his first time boarding and we weren’t sure how he’d adjust to it. Judging from the happy puppy we brought home, it seems like Java enjoyed his stay. It’s good to know we have a place that will take good care of him when we have to be away. Thanks to the staff at Royaile Kennell!

We sent our little "Angel" to Royaile for a long weekend. Angel has some behavior issues, we were a bit concerned about how she would react in a boarding setting. Angel did great, and Brandy went above and beyond for us! Thank you Brandy & Royaile Kennels!
