DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. WORST EXPIERENCE EVER. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IS RUDE. NO ONE ANSWERES TO THE PHONE. THEY WILL NOT GET BACK TO YOU. IF I COULD GIVE THEM -243243423 STARS I WOULD. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

IDoc Cohen"s staff is very hard to get in touch with. I am not notified when there is a problem with my medication or a change with my medication. I needed a refill and when it was not refilled I called and was told I needed an appointment with the Doctor first but was never notified of this until I called the office. I mostly have to stop at the office to get in touch with the office because it takes day"s to get a return call. I been with Doctor Cohen office for years and am now very dissapointed.

Professional, compassionate and knowledgeable care. I have been a patient of Dr. Roy Cohen for 5 years. Dr. Cohen takes the time to listen and explain issues/concerns. Generally, appointments are on time, except when there's been an emergency. The office staff are professional, caring and helpful.
