I recently had a surgical procedure with Dr. Casiano, and honestly it was an excellent experience. The procedure went great, and I had no pain and almost no inflammation afterward, which I really didn’t expect. Dr. Casiano was very professional and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Dr. Roy Casiano is an exceptional doctor — highly professional, compassionate, and thorough in explaining his procedures. He takes great care in his follow-ups and shows genuine concern for his patients. However, the experience with his accounting team and check-in staff leaves much to be desired. There is a lack of clear communication regarding billing and visit classifications.
