My car did not pass inspection and emissions test due to an issue with the OBD connector. Having little to no knowledge on cars, I took it to Pep Boys to ask them about the problem, and they immediately said it would cost at least $200 to fix the issue. I went to Roy Metcalfe Automotive instead, and they quickly resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes by unplugging something, all without charging me. I took it back to get my car retested, and it passed! This mechanic is very honest and helpful
Diagnosis were preformed quickly and correctly. Needed to replace my turnover charger and knocking sound was actually the motor mounts. Excellent repair without gouging on price. Quickly performed the repair and the results were excellent. I will be giving them all of my automotive work and recommend them highly!
I called for an appointment and got in fast. When we picked up the car, she brought out the old part to show us. I felt they were very honest and did great, fast work.
