Took my Crown Victoria here to get the A/C repaired and they did a fast (only took an afternoon!), fantastic job. They don’t try to upsell you or replace parts that don’t need replaced. I run my A/C almost constantly year round and it works great! Definitely recommend Kim and Jeff; they’re the best!

My car did not pass inspection and emissions test due to an issue with the OBD connector. Having little to no knowledge on cars, I took it to Pep Boys to ask them about the problem, and they immediately said it would cost at least $200 to fix the issue. I went to Roy Metcalfe Automotive instead, and they quickly resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes by unplugging something, all without charging me. I took it back to get my car retested, and it passed! This mechanic is very honest and helpful
