I came in for a scheduled appointment. My 7 year old hurt his elbow 2 days before. She sent me to the ER where we discovered he fractured it. The ER doc called their office directly to have them request a referral for an pediatric orthopedic. I called for days. First of all they don't answer the phone (ever)! They don't return messages either. When I finally got a hold of them for the referral turns out the place they referred only accepted patients ages 10 and over. Hello!! This place is ridiculous,all the doctors are are over 80 yrs old ,they are senile dr shamsa ,and the old korean lady they are very rude and they have no communication skills ,i think they got their liscenses from sears,they don't explain nothing to you, they knowledge is so elementary,I show up at appointment at 200 pm they make you wait 2 hrs cause there lack of staff,but their nurses are cool.and nice. This place needs to be closed down ,there was a spider nest rite behind the magazines .. OSHA needs to be alerted so this ... read more
