Gave vehicle for 2 days and took over 7 days while no one could tell expected time of work to be finished. When bought the Escalade it has minor number scratch to be fixed. Was give a small size suv for replacement. Expected time to complete the work was not done and had to call several times to get vehicle back. Some of the things which were to be completed were with approval were not done as in 7 days the could not take to sales team to take approval.
