The team at Roy Foss always make purchasing a new vehicle so enjoyable!
Really very bad and suffering experience. My 2023 escalade which is still under warranty and have major issue , they told me it will take 2 months to fix it due to non availability of part , overall they failed to provide me same or near to same level loaner vehicle , as they promised by their sales team. Never ever by GM products
My dad bought a brand new 2024 cadillac XT4 from this dealership. Since the start it was giving him problems and it’s within the warranty so they would tell us to bring to fix, we brought it over 4 times and they couldn’t fix the problem. Imagine buying a brand new car and having to deal with the problem because they can’t fix it. We’re now stuck with a brand new Cadillac the squeaks like an old car. Thanks Cadillac for the great help…. lol.
Called this dealership hundred times but they responded once. That’s ridiculous for a luxury car dealership.
