This is the last time I go to this place. Took 3 hours to get an oil change and they didn’t even apologize for the delay. They always promise a car wash and never give one.
Came in to pick up my car from service . Stumbled upon the granola bars and fruit at the coffee station and just want to say thank you . I was starving and desperately needed this quick pick me up while I waited for my advisor . I love my Cadillac, but that’s not even questionable . Thanks for the great service

Spent 20 mins trying to call someone in sales with no answer, had to get service center to confirm i can come in. Spent an hour driving to the location, only to find no one that can assist me in my purchase. What a waste of time. Just drove to another location and buy the car same day. Avoid if possible.
