Beware doing any orthodontic work with Dr. Knoles if you can’t pay upfront. If you fall behind in payments he will refuse any orthodontic care if you need an emergency root canal for example. He will simply refuse to replace any wires until your account is paid in full. Very shameful way to treat patients that fall on hard times. This is not a review of the dentist that works out of this office, only the orthodontist.
