Roy was all we could ask for in an agent—-and more! He was super responsive to all of our texts and calls, really going the extra mile for us. We actually ended up working with him for quite some time, two years! But he was patient with us, never pressuring us but really being there as a sounding board and walking through the whole process. Roy did a great job assisting me with the purchase of a downtown condo. Roy knew the local area well and helped suggest a couple units to go look at their open house. When I wasn't able to be around to tour, Roy helped me by going to the tour and filmed a walk around video of the units and amenities.
