Roy helped us with our first home purchase at a condo in downtown Seattle. Roy did a great job assisting me with the purchase of a downtown condo. Roy knew the local area well and helped suggest a couple units to go look at their open house. When I wasn't able to be around to tour, Roy helped me by going to the tour and filmed a walk around video of the units and amenities.
