They seem very good at billing / collecting monthly dues but when it comes to lawn care, snow removal, cleaning of common areas (hallways and stairs), exterior painting, general maintenance and larger projects like having the buildings roof redone (new shingles) I would give them a failing grade.

Working with Joy at Roy Briley Property management is always quick and efficient with every Home and Condo association she manages. Property managers really take the brunt of HOA resident's complaints for things that are really not the managers fault. But Joy always has a good attitude and does everything she can to make sure things run smoothly.
