This is my first time ever having an HOA, so I was a bit nervous. I had an issue within the first few months of ice buildup on the roof, and I was worried it would cause ice damming and eventually leak into my home. I reached out to the HOA with pictures and info, and that very same week they had Embers, LLC (wonderful company) come out to steam off the ice. My issue was resolved within the same week of initial complaint. I am very impressed with the swift action they took. Big thank you to our association manager, Jocelyn!
