We’ve had a great experience working with Roy Briley Association Managers on several HOA projects. Their team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and they’ve been great about coordinating with us for window washing, pressure washing, and various maintenance and repair projects. They seem very good at billing / collecting monthly dues but when it comes to lawn care, snow removal, cleaning of common areas (hallways and stairs), exterior painting, general maintenance and larger projects like having the buildings roof redone (new shingles) I would give them a failing grade.
