Roxy is very professional. She gives tips about how to improve the health of your locs! She does not overbook. When you are in her chair, you are her focus. She takes pride in knowing your locs look good!
2 people worked on my hair and they did a good job retwisting my dreadlocs despite that they took way way too long. The result was good though; That's why i am giving them 2 stars. However be warned, you should go there knowing this: They didn't shampoo my hair while it was and is part of the service i booked (but they still charged me for a full service and more money for extras).
