I purchased a "Wolf" type mannequin from them on ebay. The pole goes up, but does not stay in place because it is missing the inner mechanism. I know this to be true because I have several of these mannequins in different sizes, so I am very familiar with how they work. After arguing with them for two weeks, they finally sent me another pole, but it does not work either. And even if the item were in working order, it is shop worn and full or rust. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but given I’m at my store right now struggling with the forms I decided that I need to write this so another small business does not suffer financial loss. I bought forms from here when I opened my store. I actually drove all the way from Philly and purchased despite their mediocre customer service. Within one year, the forms started breaking and malfunctioning (height doesn’t adjust and stay, they are wobbly and tilted, etc). These guys are the best. Very fair prices and amazing quality. I’ve been working with David for a couple of years now and anytime I need something or if a problem arises, he’s there to help.
They told me on the phone they had what I was looking for so drove there 2 hours and when I got there they said it's out of stock for 3 weeks. Wouldn't recommend.
