I love my job, the people involved with Roxy Dawgs, the awesome customers, and all the delicious food: tornado fries, beaver dawgs, cookies, there's just so much to choose from.

My review is about the phenomenally excellent management practices of the owner/management of the employees at Roxy Dawgs. As an experienced business management and human resource consultant, I see the owner doing so many things right. There is an incentive plan that is so win-win, it's really a form of profit sharing.
