This place is good when it come to styling and what not but I’m very displeased and disgusted that their are hairstylist that are not cleaning their brushes, combs, and flat irons, etc after each use on each person. I should not have to correct a professional to clean their comb before putting it in my head I should have left as soon as I had to even say something about it TWICE AND STILL TRIED TO USE THE COMB IN MY HEAD WITH HAIR IN IT LIKE WHAT?? The wash lady ripped my daughter hair out. She used a small tooth comb after I asked her not to use it. When I washed her hair it smelled like perm. She had so many short piece of hair after from the damage.
Ester was very nice my 13 yr old daughter's 1st time at a hair salon some months ago..thx..and thx to Mrs. Jay whom recommended me here 🙏🏾
I love going to this location due to proximity but also don't mind going to their other location. I'm extremely tenderheaded and from the moment I told them, they make sure to treat my scalp with the utmost care. Definitely recommend as they also make sure that you understand your hair type and appropriate treatment both at home and in salon.
It was my first time and I was a bit skeptical, but they did a fantastic job for $45. I will definitely go back. One of the best press outs ever with just a brush and blow dryer.
