This trailer park has over priced garbage units. The managers are terrible. As in nobody is ever there to answer the phone or in the office to receive visitors. There is no guidebook for the tenants, and the infractions occurred are 2 and then they begin supposedly eviction. They endlessly threaten the residents with fines or with court. The maintenance crew is a joke especially in winter. we are buying our trailer and we put it up for sale about two weeks ago...well today we get a note from the office stating that we need them to inspect it first???? we aren't letting them buy it back so why the inspection???? if they want to buy it I will sell it to them for a very high price...we have been here 7 years and the last month they have picked on us and my two neighbors...we were told when we moved in no big dogs or pit bulls but they are in here running loose.nice of them to inforce the rules ....i do not recomm... read more
we've been here for at least 5 years now and have always paid our rent on time and maintained our yard to the condition it was left to us and they have been attacking the ones that follow the rules that haven't caused any drama around here and I would say they are discriminate towards at least one race...not to mention the lady that is supposed to be running the park isn't fully trained yet....all this started recently when the new person took over....cant wait to move out of this crap hole
They discriminate against people who follow the rules!They dont know how to communicate with people .Management are not even following their own rules.Playground is supposed to be closed,but they let kids play all the time.Im surprised the virus hasnt gone crazy in Roxbury.
El servicio es terrible, nos rentaron una casa y a los pocos días comenzó a salir un mal olor camuflajeado de orina de perro sin tener nosotros mascotas, era la alfombra, fuimos varias veces buscando ayuda ya fuera un cambio de alfombra o una buena limpieza y nunca nos resolvieron solo mil excusas, tuvimos que invertir y gastar bastante dinero para controlar un poco el mal olor y tristemente con un embarazo acostumbrarme a vivir en esas pésimas condiciones. I lived in this place about 11 years ago. They were truly horrible people, and for what I read they have not changed. I would not rent or buy anything here if I were you.
Terrible place to live! I wouldnt recommend anyone moving here or buying one of their trailers. They supposedly put brand new flooring throughout before we moved in but really they just put crappy carpet on top of mold and didn't bother to clean it.
I wouldn’t even give this place one star!! They don’t take care of the park and when you try and be nice they don’t work with you. We were outside shoveling the road because the plow truck didn’t do his job!!
