I parked and walked in and was greeted as I was approaching the counter. The young lady was smiling and asked how could she help me. I used their bathroom, which was very clean, and then went back to the counter and my order was ready. Very good service. Thanks!!

WORST Roxberry. I’ve only been to this location twice, but both times my smoothie has been AWFUL. The first time, I let it go because I added ginger and there were lots of strings and awkward chunks… while that doesn’t usually happen at other locations, I figured they just did a bad job with the ginger (didn’t peel it well and didn’t blend enough). I wish I could give this location a better review. But the quality of their product at this location has really depleted over the years. I used to love their Dominator Açaí bowl, and would get it pretty frequently too! But every time I go now, they fill the bowl 10% with actual smoothie, and 90% with granola. I didn’t ask for a granola bowl, I asked for a smoothie bowl. I after two times, I thought it was just bad luck and I was just getting the same server that made it.
